Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Beadessa subscription at any time.
How to Cancel
- Log into your Beadessa Studio account
- Navigate to your account or billing settings
- Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription
Alternatively, cancellation may be handled through our payment provider’s customer billing portal if provided.
2. What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again
- Your account will downgrade to a free or limited-access plan (if available)
- Access to paid features will end at the conclusion of the billing cycle
We do not immediately terminate access upon cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Partial months
- Unused time
- Unused AI credits
- Accidental purchases
Once a billing period has started, charges for that period are final unless required by law.
3.2 Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, refunds may be issued at our discretion for:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Technical issues that prevent reasonable access to paid features
Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method.
4. Trials & Promotional Offers
If a free trial or promotional pricing is offered:
- Trial terms will be clearly disclosed at signup
- Charges will begin automatically at the end of the trial unless canceled beforehand
- Trial usage is not eligible for refunds
5. AI Credits & Usage Limits
- AI credits have no cash value
- Credits are allocated based on your subscription tier
- Unused credits may reset monthly and do not roll over unless stated otherwise
- Credits are not refundable under any circumstances
6. Account Termination by Beadessa
If an account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service:
- No refunds will be issued
- Remaining subscription time or credits may be forfeited
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect:
- Please contact us before initiating a chargeback
- Chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed
We are always happy to help resolve billing issues directly.
